Rich Media Analysis applies metadata to images in Media Management using Microsoft Azure Computer Vision Rich Media Analysis service. Configuration allows scheduling to process backlog and new assets automatically. No upfront costs, pay for what you use.

Media Management Digital Hub: The Digital Hub (additional option) enables customers with Media Management to rapidly and efficiently create targeted microsites of digital media assets increasing productivity, reducing costs, and automating content updates and distribution. Multiple micro-sites can be set up and configured exposing assets based on folders, metadata filtering and user permissions. Deep integration with the Adobe® Creative Cloud® applications: Allows designers to work within their familiar applications and place images from OTMM as well as open and save Adobe® InDesign® files into the DAM. The integration provides lo-res and hi-res swapping of images to improve performance while working on layouts as well as full management of linked file relationships.
Floating palette extension: Within the Adobe® Creative Cloud® applications, OTMM appears within the user palettes. Shown here is the view within Adobe® Photoshop®. Assets can be dragged and dropped from the palette and saved back into the DAM after editing is complete.

With up to 800 users and up to 2,500 assets being submitted daily, in addition to ongoing management of existing assets, it’s imperative that we have efficient processes. OpenText has all but eliminated unnecessary asset recreation. Our users can quickly locate assets and make required changes within the OpenText system, helping speed up publication and keep costs down.
In a content-driven marketing organization like ours, the ability to manage the lifecycle of the content and then deliver it across a variety of channels really brings efficiencies to the company.
